Nathaniel Whittemore, Social Entrepreneurship Blogger on Change.org, recently reflected about the Social Innovation Fund Fact sheet published by the Corporation for National and Community Service. He suggests that online giving platforms can help everyday donors participate in the Social Innovation Fund process by helping organizations come up with required matching dollars. He says, “Platforms for fundraising and action are not the same as reasons for action, but this could provide a pretty awesome context for communities to leverage small donations and individual stakeholders.”
