America Forward Congratulates the Newly Appointed Members of the Commission on Evidence-based Policymaking

“Members of the America Forward Coalition congratulate the newly appointed members of the bipartisan, cross-sector Commission on Evidence-Based Policymaking. Created by legislation introduced and led by Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Paul Ryan (R-WI) and Senator Patty Murray (D-WA), this important Commission is tasked with identifying practices and processes for ensuring the use of evidence and outcomes in the development of policies and in the funding of interventions at the federal level. America Forward supported the legislative effort to create this Commission and we look forward to working with its members in their effort to identify how we can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of federal programs.”                                                                                                                                                         – Members of the America Forward Coalition
