Nicole Hall
Nicole provides strategic administrative support to America Forward Executive Director and New Profit Managing Partner Deborah Smolover, and the full America Forward team. Nicole also comanages the America Forward Coalition.
Prior to joining New Profit, Nicole had the opportunity to work in many communities across the country and witnessed system inequities. Nicole was drawn to America Forward because of its commitment to unite social entrepreneurs with policymakers as well as championing effective and evidence-based policy change.
Nicole currently lives in Virginia with her husband and son.
