Nicole Hall serves as America Forward’s Operations Specialist. Nicole oversees management of internal operations and provides strategic support for the team.

Prior to joining America Forward, Nicole had the opportunity to work in many communities across the country and witnessed systemic inequities firsthand. She was drawn to America Forward’s work because of its commitment to uniting social entrepreneurs with policymakers and advancing evidence-based policy change to advance opportunity. Nicole’s professional background includes project management, data analysis, and process improvement, and she has a passion for people-first collaborative approaches, data-driven decision-making, and leveraging technology to empower people and enhance processes.

Nicole leverages her certifications as a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst to maintain efficient, reliable, and user-friendly organizational systems.
