AppleTree

AppleTree preschool works to provide free, high quality care and education throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday, and their participation in the upcoming EdFest this December 2nd, they’ve shared a free pamphlet of take-home activities for young students to engage in to continue learning experiences over the break! Future Caucus

This month, Millennial Action Project expanded their mission, message, and brand to be about more than one generation, and is now known as Future Caucus! The organization will continue their essential work engaging and supporting young policymakers, as well as developing their investment in and commitment to each new generation of up-and-coming leaders to advance a brighter future for all. National Math and Science Initiative

The world around us is constantly changing, and technological advancements like the evolution of AI are reaching further and further into education and day-to-day life. The National Math and Science Initiative knows that educators need support to address the impact of these changes in their classrooms, and offers a host of programs and resources that support personalized, high-quality professional development for educators. Greenlight Fund

Greenlight Fund partners with local communities across the country to fight inequality and remove barriers to economic mobility. They bring together on-the-ground voices with strong evidence gathering to pair local residents with innovative, proven programs that allow for community development and growth. Their most recent impact report, released last month, highlights the success of the nearly $37 million invested through their work, and the effect on the nearly 400,000 individuals and families reached.
