Genesys Works

As the COVID-19 crisis continues to impact communities across the country and the financial strain on individuals and families increases as a result of unemployment and economic turmoil, hourly workers and low-income communities continue to bear a disproportionate burden of the pandemic. To help their community, Genesys Works has set up a COVID-19 Impact Fund, aimed at helping to mitigate the existing inequities exacerbated by this crisis, and support and empower their students through this difficult period.

Bard Early Colleges

Schools across the U.S. are gearing up for a fall of remote learning; and Bard Early Colleges is ready to support their students through their online Remote Learning Hub. Offering webinars, resources and tools to help navigate and facilitate remote learning, as well as, “tips and resources to maintain mental and physical health throughout remote learning and beyond,” the Learning Hub ensures that students, teachers, and school communities are equipped with what they need for a successful return to school.

Transforming Education

Data plays a critical role in creating equitable learning environments for all students. As schools work to equitably rebuild education systems and adapt their approaches in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, school climate data is more important than ever. To support education leaders and school communities, Transforming Education is offering eight Data Discussion Quick Tips, to help navigate the process of collecting, analyzing, and reporting key data.

Throughout the COVID-19 crisis, Roca has continued to support their community through the COVID-19 Emergency Fund. In addition to offering emergency financial relief, Roca is also “providing deliveries of fresh and shelf-stable food, baby care supplies, hygiene products, and books, toys, and games for children on a biweekly basis to young men, young women, and their children,” as well as, working with young people in the community to “stabilize their housing and health, including providing rent and utility support, and other emergency costs.”

Single Stop

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve in states across the country; and Single Stop is working to ensure that its community has the resources necessary to navigate this crisis. Offering region-specific COVID-19 fact sheets, Single Stop is continuously tracking “the latest benefits and assistance available to eligible individuals, families and businesses” to update and support their community throughout this crisis.
